Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Soho Oak
The former Oakdale Social Club now looks quite modern round by the main (rear) entrance so it must have been comprehensively refurbished by the new owners, although the furniture, decor and menu are all more Indian restaurant than bar. A further function room with its own bar counter can be seen at the older front part of the premises. The external and menu branding still mention "cask", but sadly the pair of handpumps have now gone, and Worthington's (£2.80) was no real substitute.

The former Oakdale Social Club is now the Soho Oak. Sister pub to the New Soho Tavern. There are 2 changing real ales on.
