It’s a golf and social club of impressive stature, housed in a fairly bland modern brown building that looks like it could be made of Lego. The bar is open to the public and with a couple of ales on the go, so a tick is a tick! It’s a large if fairly sterile room with impressive views over the green, with a golf tournament showing on all the TVs. Three pumps, two on; grotty examples of Adnams Bitter and Tetley Gold, both of which went unfinished. You'd have thought a golf club could have kept a decent ale.
