Alto is the new name for the former Saltwater bar. Whereas Saltwater was an upmarket cocktail bar in pleasant soroundings Alronhas ripped this apart by cladding the entire venue head to toe in white marble! White floors,walls,bar tops!! Everything is white. This is now a late night venue blasting out RnB but at high end prices as this is owned by boxer Carl Frotch. In a nutshell it's very expensive, loud and full of loud young town goers. Obviously no real ale available, just four overpriced keg beers, Peroni, Estrella, Prava (4.85!!) and Sharps Sea Fury. It's like every other trash bar but more expensive so filled with more poser types. Don't go.
