Looking very like a micro pub when you first enter although as Ray says there’s another room to the side and beyond that what is now a pool room. The bar is tiny with an L shaped banquette in one corner, the L shaped counter of recycled wood to one side and a few stools, some round the three Britannias. Only one hand pull serving a reasonable but not outstanding Copper Dragon, a couple of solos and T-Bars, wines and spirits plus keg cocktails complete the offer. The old chap behind the bar was quite friendly and even took a snap of the cask label for me as he didn’t have a pump clip. Nice industrial lighting, a nice clock, a screen and a CCTV display are the only features in a fairly bland room. A couple of youngsters were playing pool but the other punters were superannuated.

Real Ale Ray left this review about Jok's Ale House

A two roomed pub with a small bar area on the right of entrance, along with some bar stools and bench seating. The second room on the left, was a long and narrow room, that went from the front to the rear of the building, with light grey painted walls and some exposed brick work. Two handpumps on the bar with a choice of Butcombe Rain or Shine and Saltaire Amarillo. We went for the Butcombe which was in good condition. The barmaid was friendly and chatty, along with a couple of locals sitting at the bar.
