Well, it’s a small serving hatch at the airport (landside – anyone can drink here, should you actually wish to!) with some seating and quite sweet aeronautical stained glass toppers on the wooden dividers to screen off the area. No cask (obviously) but all the regular Orkney and Swannay bottles are available, plus Orkney Gold on keg. The food hatch is next door, and a jacket pot with a bottle of ale before your flight to Shetland is recommended by me! I'll be generous with this one as it is what it is - I certainly didn't expect to see a bar here, let alone one with a good range of local bottles and they are clearly making an effort when they don't actually need to.
