Requested be closed with reason - For sale: Advertised to let for "retail/pub". Previously reported to have reopened (2018 in local press) but when photographed this Sunday it was certainly not open and looked dusty and neglected, with curtains closed.

The Criterion closed in 2015 and was destined for residential conversion. However, the scheme fell through and the pub has recently re-opened, albeit without the lounge which was changed over to a flat.

On 31st May 2018 - no rating submitted
