After the Fox closed as a pub in 1894 the grade 2 listed building has been mainly a retail unit untill Febuary 2018 when it was reconverted into a pub .
The Tap is a very basic single room bar with (an unexplored) lounge on the 2nd floor , it still feels like a shop inside , the bar is to the left of the entrance , seating is comprised of bench seats in the windows and a couple of high stools by the bar and the single table made out of a hogshead barrel .
3 Handpulls on the bar but none on so i opted for a Keg Jaipur which was OK .
