Al Bundy left this review about The Scrap Yard

A new pub for crafty ales. It has an L-shaped, single roomed interior. The fixture and fitting are made up of a mish-mash of chairs and tables with high chairs, sofas, armchairs, rocking chairs and key keg chairs. Stone floored and bare brick walled the place is sparsely decored. The are 22 taps on the wall behind the bar for your crafty style ales and ciders. No real ale. Unlike a good few of these craft ale places the prices aren't too extortionate. Beer served in third and two third glasses though you can get a half or pint if wanted. If you like crafty stuff you're in. If its just real ale youre after then tough luck.
