This rather bland instantiation of the unpredictable chain is nowhere near as good as the other branch in Bournemouth. The drinkers’ stand is now not available, the staff are unhelpful, and the ambiance is depressing. No real ale on, and the wine selection is unadventurous. Unless you want an overpriced steak, I’d suggest finding an alternative.

Large modern steak restaurant in BH2 complex. Drinkers are catered for at a couple of high tables by the bar and the restaurant overspill area beyond if available, but it is primarily for diners. On keg are Chieftains IPA and Guinness along with sundry Eurofizz, with bottled beers from Thornbridge and Adnams also.
