The Old Bank is a new Micro pub, that is attached to the Old Bank Café Bar, and was a former Coffee shop. The pub had only been open for less than a week on our visit. The young friendly and chatty barmaid told us, they nearly run out of beer in the first few days of opening. The space consists of one rectangle shape room with the bar in the left hand corner. Seating consisted of settles along both walls, an old fireplace took space half way along the right hand wall and the walls were painted cream and coffee. The bar counter was an old reclaimed bar with old tiles along the front. Seven handpumps with four ales on, so we went for the Tollgate Stand & Deliver and the Howard Town Dark Peak Porter.
