Blue Scrumpy left this review about Babelas

Wine bar/pub on the lively Queens Road in the Clarendon Park area of Leicester. Opening hours are limited here. In fact, on our Sunday visit to Leicester, they were only open 4-7.

Face masks are still requested whilst moving around the small single room. There are a number of tables and chairs, some in the window allowing people watching. The bar is at the rear and was serving Timothy Taylor Landlord & Oakham Citra. But wines appear to the bar's mainstay.

Only a few other customers were in. This included a couple of women who were trying to avoid having to watch the football on the TV, as all other local places were apparently showing it.
