A sister venture to the Truscott Arms (W9), this is a bar and restaurant in what was once a venerable Chinese restaurant called the Weng Wah House, dating back to at least the early 1980s.
Now a very swish wine/cocktail bar/restaurant in a very contemporary style, as can be seen on the website. Friendly staff, but the beer option is esoteric Czech only and £4.80 for a 330ml bottle. This isn't a pub but seems to do what it intends well.
This is largely one for the ladies or a date, but isn't really my thing so I doubt I'll return.
