This is a traditional style pub, with a half square bar on the right & a great mirror & wood effect gantry with a large clock dominating its centre. Considering the size of the pub, there is plenty of seating & tables on the left. The pub interior is a Regionally Important Historic Interior on website http://www.heritagepubs.org.uk/pubs/real-heritage-pub-entry.asp?NatPubID=GLA/979. There is a good choice of whiskey available as I spell whisky with an ‘e’ added to show that most of it is from Irish distilleries. There is plenty of Caledonian Best on tap. Parking is available on the surrounding streets. There are trains available from Glasgow Central. There are 2 stations within both within ¼ mile of the pub.
