This is basically a restaurant with a small, cosy bar area to the left. Bar area has old coins inlaid into the ceiling and a couple of old ale taps attached to the wood fitting by the window. There’s an impressive rear grassed garden with kids play area and bar. Pub dog. Three ales on: Upham Punter, Flack Manor (not quite right) and Weltons (a little under-par). Maybe one for the summer but it didn’t really sell itself to me bar the garden, to be honest.
