An interesting looking modern building on the outside, however the inside of the bar itself is just a square box. Massive windows on two sides and there's an outside area with plastic grass where a load of cheapskates were listening to the live band at the beer festival across Market Square without atually paying to get in. No real ale so I ended up with a half of fizz. No point in ever visiting here again now I've ticked it off.

Quad cafe Bar is in a modern building which faces to now closed assembly rooms.
Once inside the Quad Cafe bar room is to the right,this is a decent sized square shaped room withe the bar on the left side as you enter,there are lots of cakes on the bar.
The floor is wood laminate and the seating is mainly normal tables and chairs,plus some settees to the front,there were two unclipped hand pumps on the bar,the keg bitter option was Pedigree New World which was a decent enough drink.
There was quiet background music playing and food was being served,there are very large windows so you can see the comings and goings on the market place.
Not really my sort of place to have a drink,but the service was friendly enough.
