Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Royal Pug
Sister pub to the Fat Pug on the west side of the town centre. This one has been partially opened-out inside to leave a square island bar with another seating area at the back and a covered rear patio. Refurbished with a mix of furniture and decor. Good selection of real ales from the eight handpumps, including two from Titanic and RCH Blackberry Slug Porter (£3.80). Worth seeking out.
