Alan Winfield left this review about Belvoir Tap

The Belvoir Tap opened in the late 80s and it was converted from a bank.
This was Belvoir brewerys first pub and they did a decent job of converting a bank into a one roomed pub, there was a good choice of Belvoirs beers on the bar all of which were real ales.
Sadly for Belvoir this pub was a bit too far down alfreton road to attract the type of customers they wanted so it closed down a couple of years after opening.
The building is still there and i only managed to photograph it under its new name of jardin cafe,i dont think this place sells any alcohol now.
