Bod is a Titanic Brewery café bar, the likes of which I’ve not seen before. Out the front is some café furniture which was being used by a couple of groups of women on their way home from school with the kids. Inside is a bright and airy space with open plan seating at the front. The bar counter is then found on the right-hand wall where it faces seating up the left-hand windows. The bar counter supports six hand pumps that were all drawing Titanic ales, and on the back bar are fonts for premium and craft keg. I went for a very well served Plum Porter. To the left of the bar counter is a food counter with a glass display full of sausage rolls, cakes, cookies, etc. that you would expect in any self-respecting café. I thought the service was very polite, but there was a man ranting down his phone during my entire stay. If I was on duty I would have asked him to take it outside because it took the shine off what should have been a nice visit. If I find myself in Stone again I’ll certainly revisit here in the hope that the ranter isn’t a regular.

A recent opening by Titanic,it has a good position looking over the traditional Crown Hotel and it's square with outside tables ideal in good weather. The interior is cafe in style with coffee tables, some booths in rough wood and a cake display on the bar but crucially for the drinker there are handpumps too on the bar offering Titanic Raspberry Pale (NBSS 4.5),White Star,Steerage,Plum Porter,Iceberg and Everards Tiger.Hours are very similar to pubs.
This selection will most likely also be seen at the more pubby Royal Exchange up the road, but if you are passing bod is always worth a visit for excellent ale.

Taken over by Titanic, bod is the latest in their cafe/bar chain.
It's very much a cafe vibe with large windows looking out onto the High Street, cafe style furniture with tall table and stools mixed with standard tables and chairs and a bar with various edible stuff available as well as a cafe menu.
More interestingly, in amongst the cafe gear, are six handpumps with Titanic Raspberry Pale, Titanic Iceberg, Titanic Plum Porter, Titanic Steerage, Titanic Cherry Porter and Everards Tiger. An excellent line up for most boozers but outstanding for a town centre cafe and the Raspberry Pale was in top condition and very welcome on a warm afternoon.
A superb addition to Stone's ale line up and already the second best for beer behind the ever reliable Royal Exchange.
