Alan Winfield left this review about The Highfield
The Highfield is a fairly large pub that is in a leafy area of north Chesterfield.
Once inside there was a large single L shaped room which ran the width of the pub,the bar faced, the room was carpeted and had mainly normal tables and chairs, though there were a few tall tables and stools, there was some decent background music playing.
The right side was more bar like with a TV and darts board, there was a small raised area to the rear left.
There were three pumps on the bar with two unclipped, the one bitter was GK IPA which was ok.
The pub does food, this pub was a pleasant enough place for a quick drink.
