A back street corner boozer owned by Robinsons but not yet modernised by them. Inside is a lot of honey coloured wood panelling, probably dating from the 1930s, it has a wood clad semi-circular counter in the front bar. Four pulls with a Dizzy Blonde and Unicorn, in reasonable nick, two low T’s of the nation’s favourites plus a Madri solo. Lots of screens and piped music, the machine is in the back bar by the door to the beer garden.
Banquette seating at modernised tables on old bases, a few tall ones in the middle of the front bar. The back bar has darts and a pool table, the entrance to the gents and the door to the beer garden.

An extremely friendly pub. Had lots of cricket memorabilia stuff dotted around inside. Decent drinks and with a visit.
