Quite why this appears on a website entitled 'Pubs Galore' beats me, but as it was on the list with no review, I thought I'd be the first. All I can say is that it's basically a small hotel bar, in a darkly lit corner of The Old Palace Lodge Hotel with all dark wood and fancy wallpaper. There were some bottled conditioned ales (Abbot, Hobgoblin, London Pride and Spitfire) in the fridge and a half of Murphy's stout (keg) came in at £2.25.
