Hidden away down a less than salubrious backstreet, very close to the Job Centre. This is a good looking pub, both inside and out. The atmosphere was a bit strange on my Saturday night visit as the pub was very quiet, almost like a private drinking club. There were balloons on the floor and flashing disco lights as if they'd been expecting a do and the guests hadn't turned up. One handpump in use on the bar selling Buddy's Best which is brewed by Brampton, which was in decent nick. There's a dartboard and a jukebox. It just felt like something wasn't right to me.
