Brewski is a bar and restaurant that has a tag line of ‘The home of North American comfort food’. The hand pumps have been removed leaving eight premium and craft keg options. There is no problem not eating, but it is table service. The cheeseburger is priced at £12.75, but I gave this a miss and went for the Burrito which was very filling. It was priced at £13.50 on the menu, but cost more with the addition of a 99p carbon free dining donation that I wasn’t asked about. I found the young staff in their matching T-shirts to be very polite, but this isn’t somewhere I would go just for a drink.

Interesting bar with an eclectic mix of tables, chairs & sofas. It's a candles on the tables type of place and the music was 80s/90s Manchester music. 3 handpumps for ale plus a real cider. Sadly only one of the ales was on which was Cross Bay Sunset which was in very good nick. It was served by the friendly barmaids who were all East European. I settled down and took in the atmosphere whilst waiting for my tram back into town I wasn't expecting much from this bar, but it was much better than expected.

What a cracking spot - we spent an excellent Saturday night here, the staff are friendly, the seats are comfy, a proper smoking area out the front and draft Timmermans presse. And very funky cushions. The toilets need a bit of work hence not a 9/10, but we will be back, on a live music night i reckon.
