Blue Scrumpy left this review about All Inn

We were warned before arriving at the All Inn, that it was about to close soon. In fact, we arrived to find a building site around the pub, with what looked like flats being built. From outside, the pub sign immediately gives an impression that it will be fairly tacky. I'm not sure where the name "All Inn" comes from, but the adjacent bus stop is titled "Smiths Arms".

Entering inside, we were expecting a down at heel boozer with hardly anybody in and possibly no beers. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find a busy pub with plenty of (mostly younger) locals, many of whom appeared to be arriving for some kind of event. We initially assumed this to be a quiz, but on further reflection believed it may have been a pool competition. You enter into the main bar. Turning right takes you into the games room, complete with TVs. Toilets are this way too.

On the beer front, a real ale was still available. This was Abbeydale Moonshine. The fridges did seem to have less stock than most though. Speaking to the landlord, it appears that the pub has received a stay of execution until the summer. Although, it is still apparently destined to become a care home.

This was easily the busier of the Staveley pubs, despite its imminent closure. Although, I did prefer the Speedwell Inn.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about All Inn

Odd-looking pub, with ugly signage and giving a general impression that it would probably be some best-avoided sports / karaoke bar. However, it is the Raw Brewing Company tap, and the interior turns out to be comfortable and welcoming. Semi-modern 'L'-shaped bar with a side games room. GBG-listed, with Raw Edge pale (£2.80), Lincoln Green Marion, Tring Brock and Liverpool Organic Tunnale available from the four handpumps. Well worth the stop.

The All Inn used to be called the Smiths Arms.
I did'nt like the look or name of this pub so i was very surprised when i went in here it has been done up with a smart comfy lounge area to the left theres a small narrow area facing the bar where i sat and a more traditional bar area to the right.
There were four real ales on the bar three of these were from the same brewery that was local and i had'nt heard of,the brewery was called Raw and i had a drink of Raw Blonde this was light in colour and very nice the other beers were Raw new Dawn Amber Ale,Raw Grey Ghost and there was also London Pride.
I thought this pub was really nice and i would happily return here for more drinks.
