Formerly The Bridge Hotel, this has been a Harvester for many a year and located just off the A40 on a plot which now hosts an Asda store, associated filling station and bolt-on Travelodge. Ale limited to Doom Bar, with a second clip reversed along with Brakspear Oxford Gold in a similar state. Adnam's Southwold Bitter and Ghost Ship spotted in bottled form in the fridge along with cans of BrewDog Punk IPA and Dead Pony Club. Keg Marston's 61 Deep £3.75 a pint, and some embarrassment on the till with the barman unable to change a tenner. At least if you're eating here you get a free salad...
