Re-opened on 30th November as a Miller & Carter, this has had a plush interior and exterior makeover and the schtick is well-cooked steaks. Alas, real ale is off the menu, bar some bottled variants - a 330ml bottle of Thornbridge Jaipur set me back £4.65.
18th February 2017
A Harvester on the A40 between Loudwater and Beaconsfield which had all three pump clips turned reversed on my Saturday lunchtime visit, although the fact that I would have had the choice of Sharp's Doom Bar x2 or Atlantic was probably no massive loss. The usual garish decor, naff muzak and 'varied' clientele, means this is probably another PuG entry for the sake of it.
