Alan Winfield left this review about The Bakers Arms

The Bakers Arms is a small stone built pub that is tucked away just off the main road through Buxton.
Once inside there was a smallish room with the bar facing, this room was dimly lit and had a cosy feel to it.
There were two real ales on the bar and i had a drink of Tom Wood best bitter which was a very nice drink the other beer was Jennings Cockerhoop.
It is a shame that this pub has closed down and never to return as i thought it was quite a nice proper pub to have a few drinks in.
