Unassuming estate pub. Clientele a bit younger than the neighbouring Gardeners Arms. Nice pint of bitter, if you like JWLees. I don't, so I drink Carling.Quite a friendly pub if you enjoy banter about football or horse-racing. Lots of "entertainment" of the karaoke variety. Some snacks but not a food pub.

The Park looks like an early 70s built estate pub and it is in the northern moor area of Wythenshawe.
Once inside there were a couple of rooms the lounge looked quite smart and the bar was a bit more basic i had a drink in the bar and this room was comfortable enough.
The pub is a Lees tied house and there were two real ales on here i had a drink of Lees bitter and this was a fairly nice drink the other beer was Lees mild.
