A fairly decent pub though not great. What looks like it may be big it seems to be in 2 parts, a dining area to your right and a smallish bar to your left. 2 handpumps with Worsthorpe Spring Special and Rossendale Glen something. To the side is a patio beer place. Limited, if any, views of the river.

As you enter you walk into the main room with the bar straight ahead. There's a pool room to the right down a few steps and a further room beyond this which was closed, but looked like a dining room. To the left there's an area for live acts or karaoke and a small beer garden. Fairly busy on my Friday afternoon visit with after work building site guys, many with high viz jackets etc. Loads of TV's showing sport all around the room. 2 handpumps on the bar serving Worsthorne beers and my pint was in good nick. I can see this place getting a bit boisterous later at night, it has that kind of vibe.

The Riverside Inn (BB4 6DD)is a friendly welcoming pub. It has a large selection of lagers/bitters and cask ales. Live entertainment every Friday night from 9pm and Karaoke every Saturday from 8pm. The Landlord and Landlady are very nice and always welcome new customers. It has been The Riverside Inn since April 2008 and is a wet sales pub. A small room is available for functions and catering can be arranged. A Ladies darts team play wednesdays. SKY sports and 3D on multiple big screens.Jukebox, quiz and fruit machine available.
