Local community pub surrounded by newish housing, but noteworthy for the range of beers. Reasonable atmosphere, and you could probably have a good session here. Also features a play area for children, overlooked by decking for the parents.

Strang shaped pub hiddern down the end of a side road in an industrial part of Oldbury.
It has a local feel & is pleasant enough and is oddly shaped inside with the areas surrounding a central bar.
Its a Holdens house & the beer is reasonably well kept and it is worth a visit if you are in the area.

A small detached cottage style pub, in cream render and black paintwork, with a large beer garden and play area for the kids at the back.
The interior is open plan a 'U' shape around the central bar. The decor is red and white with a great fireplace with etched glass above with the name of the pub. There are lots of old photos and other ephemera on the walls. There is a pool table, darts and a few Sky TVs, but this is a traditional place at heart. The service was very friendly and i had a good chat to the lady that ran the place. The clientele were mixed.
Beer; tap stuff; with Wye Valley HPA, Burton Bridge Machine Man and an excellent Holden's Feeder Wench on handpull - often, there is Bathams Bitter on.
A great place - if this were my local i would be as happy as Larry. Class - along with the Waggon & Horses, a must for Oldbury
