This is a small roadside inn, with a mirror behind the bar trying to kid you that it's not really a very narrow building. Most of the furniture is arranged for diners, with just a couple of easy chairs for those otherwise inclined. Despite this, it feels comfortable and pleasant and I was greeted warmly from behind the bar. A surprise to see a beer from Malvern Hills Brewery, but apparently the brewery owner has a weekend cottage here and brings a barrel of beer with him when he comes. The other beer is from the rather more local Handsome Brewery. This is a very nice pub which is well worth a visit if passing or staying locally.
