Looks like a decent pub from the outside but inside is not up to much. A single bar, quite cold despite a fire on the go. Collection of Twilds, blue pub carpet, pool table. The interior is unnecessarily dim (blown bulbs, it transpired). Five pumps with just one ale on, a watery Doom Bar served up by Fred Durst behind the bar. It was all [pretty depressing and I didn’t waste much time getting the drink necked. A shame, as this has the potential to be much better.
