This was a small pub with a small main bar area and a pool room to the side. I asked for a bitter but was given a lager but seeing as there was no real ale on I drank it anyway. A couple of tables were set outside and it was better than sitting inside even if it was a bit chilly. There isn't too many pubs in Penrith so you may as well try it. Hell, you might even like it.

I popped in to see if there was any real ale available, but there were just the usual lager fonts and a couple of naked hand pumps.
