Run of the mill Toby really. 3 handpumps in a row of Doom Bar and even that wasn't on! Had a quick Coors and sat in the sunshine. I won't bother again.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Toby Carvery Kings Norton
An odd mixture of styles featured on this building, with an irregular arrangement of seating and (unsurprisingly, mostly) dining areas. However, there are also some tables near the bar for those just looking for a drink. Very bland semi-modern furniture and decor throughout. Just Doom Bar available from the three handpumps, but at least it does do a real ale.

This is a detached Toby Carvery, with patio area. Modern, mainly low-level and in the usual Toby red, white and fake beam decor, this place sits on the site of the old Hurst Corn Mill. The interior is an irregular open room, which extends pretty much all around the serving bar, which has a lounge kind of area at one end and the carvery covering the rest. The service was fine and there were a mix of people in, and some just drinking. The decor has red, red and white patterned wallpaper and old local photos on the walls. There is a nice fireplace and silent TV in the lounge area, along with an array of different seating. A kid's grabbing machine was also present. Beer; usual tap stuuf with GK IPA and a decent enough Wells' Bombardier on handpull. Fair play - there is a drinking area here, but not really my kind of place.
