Gill Smith left this review about The Wheatsheaf Inn

Enjoyed our visit to this pub which features in the 2019 Good Beer Guide while on a tour round Gwent pubs. Traditional layout of bar, lounge and dining area with a landlord who cares about his ales. Friendly community local, and the ales on offer were Brains Bread of Heaven, Rhymney Export, Fullers London Pride and Fullers ESB. We chose the Rhymney beer which was fine.
