Typical Brunning and Price pub set in the old Judges lodging , open plan but with lots of little nooks and crannies , usual selection of old pictures and adverts cover the walls .
The outside patio offers great views over the valley .
Usual kegs and plenty of ale choices , my B&P Original was exellent .

Very large food oriented pub (but you are free to drink anywhere). On my visit, 8 Real Ales were on offer from the 12 handpumps. The beers were mainly from Micro breweries with the odd regional or national. There were a good range of strengths and colours to the beer and all were on good form. The one downside to this Brunning & Price pub, as with all their pubs, is the high prices they charge for both food and beer.

Ed Lloyd-Ellis left this review about Glasfryn

Excellent food, only spoilt by been overcharged by about £18, and the staff trying to convince us with every reason imaginable why they should charge the extra money (they charged our table of 18 for one meal twice). After asking to see a till roll, which we were told that there was not one, and trying to sort it out without getting anymore convinced that it was justified (infact, the more the staff tried miserably to explain how they had charged, the more that we became convinced that it was a purpose overcharge to boost their tips.). When one bar staff became abusive we decided to cut our losses and leave without the monies due to us. Needless to say, we will not be visiting again.
