Update 11/01/14 Planning application for outline permission to build 14 houses submitted 13/04610/OUT 24/10/2013 now subsequently withdrawn.
13/04606/OUT For up to 22 dwellings still ongoing as is 13/04607/FUL for conversion of the pub to a dwelling. Objections to schemes seem based around the lack of safe footpaths to link development to the village by virtual pavements marked onto the carriageway.
Update 09/03/13
Downstairs windows now boarded, yet somebody is living upstairs. For sale with 3 different agents prices around £300k.
07/10/12
Now for sale at a reduced price. I think the promise of reopening in 3 weeks was a lie.

Should be open again in approximately 3 weeks with a rumored cider feel.
