The Tavern at Tansley is a three storey stand alone pub that is just along the road from the Royal Oak.
Once inside i went into a smartish room but i did'nt have that much time to look round as the pub was just about to close, there were three real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Pedigree which was a nice drink, the other beers were Tetley bitter and Old Speckled Hen.
This is a decent enough pub its just a shame that it closed at 3.00 in the afternoon.
