Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Brick Works
Formerly the High Brooms Tavern, this pub reopened recently after a worrying period of closure. The bar area and the larger side room housing the pool table and some additional seating have both been refurbished in a light style, but there are still some interesting historic features to look at (with some of the etched door glazing hinting at the original layout). Three of four handpumps in operation, offering the regular Greene King IPA and Harveys Sussex plus Harveys Wild Hop as a guest. Good to see it back.
