Basically set out for eating purposes, but it did have keg behind the bar, so I suppose it can be classed as a pub as there were seats available for drinkers.

They Say!! Soon to be revamped, The Gardener’s Arms is in the process of enhancing it's food offering.
Opening times:(Alcohol only permitted for sale from 11am)
Monday - Friday 7am - 11pm
Saturday - Sunday 7am - 11pm
Food served:
Breakfast - 7am - 11am (Mon-Fri) & 8am - 11am (Sat-Sun)
Lunch menu - 11am - 5pm (every day)
Evening menu - 5pm - 9pm (every day)
The pub seemed very popular with visitors to the shopping centre, food was ok in standard and price, service was excellent, real ales were great. enjoyed supping a few while the missus went shopping...
