Situated about 2 miles from the main road at the end of a no through road in an attractive village on the banks of the Ouse. There's a large restaurant in the front part of the building, behind is a public bar, both sharing a central servery. Three pulls, with Taylor's Landlord plus two from the nearby Yorkshire Heart brewery. The bar has flag floors pine tables, stools and bench seating, plain but pleasant would sum it up. The beer quality is excellent, the service much, much less so. Reopened after a period of closure.
