A smart bar & restaurant that majors on food in most of the areas of the bar, but there were quite a few of us just calling in for a drink. Several levels in the foody bit and about 10 tables and a piano in the drinking area. Only one cask ale available, although there were more hanpumps. This was Timothy Taylors Landlord on our visit, although Whatpub says the permanent beer is Doom Bar. My pint was only OK and was very expensive. Ms CAMRA got a good glass of red wine, so she was happy. We'll probably not bother again, but it was OK for one.
