The Gardeners Arms is situated on a busy, but narrow road through Sompting.
The interior looked fairly basic and traditional in a good way. Outdoor seating was on a verandah area overlooking the car park, which also contains an old British Rail train carriage.
Harvey's Sussex Best Bitter is the solitary real ale. A nice-looking pub, but a shame that the beer selection wasn't more adventurous.
