A large Spoons spread over three floors in a warehouse conversion as described below. On a busy Saturday the place was rammed, but seemed to be coping fairly well, although the slate floor at the front was annoyingly sticky. The range of guest ales was good though and outnumbered the regulars, so that seems to have improved.

A huge Lloyds No 1 , very busy early doors on a Friday morning The beer range was poor at best with only usual Spoons suspects available at both bars. I thought the whole experience pretty awful.

Mega Lloyds No 1 Spoons over three levels on the Bordeaux Quay part of the Harbourside area. There are bars on the ground and second floors, though the upper is only in operation at peak times. A fistful of premium seats with a window and view, otherwise it’s a fairly gloomy experience as the lights are very dim. Look out for the enormous abstract metal sculpture that dominates the top of the staircase on the second floor. Five ales on at the lower bar with three genuine guests in Bath Gem (watery and insipid), Nelson and White Horse. I didn't much enjoy it here, though the amount of customers at 11.45 on a Saturday morning means they wouldn't miss my custom either way.
