Again, a nothing pub with no ale to speak of. At least no squawking kids.

Real Ale Ray left this review about The Courtfield

This Taylor Walker has a prime location, opposite Earls Court tube. The interior is traditional as you'd expect from the chain. Once through the corner door entrance the bar is over on the right, with six pumps, mostly serving up the usual suspects, two from Fullers, Adnams, Black Sheep etc. There was a small panelled room at the rear. The larger front room with bar area, was painted wallpaped walls and red leather banquette seating. There was a photo of the pub dated 1904.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Courtfield

Rebranded as a Taylor Walker outlet since my last visit in 2009, this has the usual 'Olde London' pub interior but gives the impression of being of being a bit downmarket (certainly compared to the chain's Earls Court Tavern up the road). Five of the six handpumps working this time: Pride, Doom Bar, Bombardier, ESB and 6X (£4.04, less a 10% Camra discount unknown to the barmaid but eventually found on the till by the manager). Unlike last time, I found the staff rather inefficient, trying to serve punters, get glasses out of the washer and distribute food orders to the tables apparently at random.
