Fairly small and intimate for the O’Neill's chain and rather tastefully decorated too, with a mix of seating areas. Doom Bar and Oxford Gold (cloudy but ostensibly fine) available. Barmaid was more the classic O’Neill's stereotype - loud, brassy and generally disinterested unless talking to her cronies. Flat screen TV showing muted Sky News against a fair mish-mash of piped music. Signs out saying the kitchen closed at ten and Gobby Gloria was clearly trying to clear the pub despite there being no issues with the drinking angle. Almost quite nice but underneath lurks the real O’Neills.

Stopped off on the way to Salisbury and was glad we did. Excellent food, super value, relishes to die for, (wish I'd have bought some now!) Quick service, pleasant staff.
