Steve C left this review about Christie Fields

Christie Fields is a Beefeater adjacent to West Didsbury Premier Inn so acts as it’s restaurant. There’s a central L-shaped bar counter that supports three hand pumps; the GK IPA was off and one pump stood unused leaving Sharp’s Doom Bar as the lone ale option. Standard keg and Peroni were also available during my recent midweek early evening visit. The bar area is found to the left of the bar counter, but this was being used for a wake. The larger sprawling right-hand side is for dining. I suppose this place is better than the massive cemetery over the road, but only just.
