What do you expect? S&L crap pub with no real ale, of course. No personality at all. Will not be returning.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Slug & Lettuce
Unfortunately, as dull and charmless as one might expect. Anonymous corporate decor, with all tables laid up for dining and just a few stools along the bar. Sign indicates an upstairs bar (not visited). No real ale, or even any keg bitter, so had a quick Estrella Damm (£2.25 for a half) before heading elsewhere.

Strongers . left this review about Slug & Lettuce
Seven or eight years ago I would be seen in here quite often. Not through choice, it just happened to be my mates meeting pub before hitting the city. Not a lot has changed as it is still the same lacklustre Slug with expensive premium lagers and uninterested staff. In fact the only difference I noticed was that the toilets smelt a lot more yeasty.
I've promised myself not to ever go in here again.
