Flash bar where staff wear caps and braces, but the service is good. Central square bar with big brassy keg dispensers on the front with four pulls, two beers and two ciders, round to one side. Nothing to set you alight as it's Marstons stuff only, no comment on the ale quality as I didn't fancy any of their usual stuff and had a Pilsner Urquell instead. Mixed seating styles and a DJ place on stilts by front door.

This pub is very big, lively and full on a Friday and Sat night. As its name suggests, its a great place to start your night in Preston. Also good for watching live sports with a massive screen upstairs and cool booths with their own screens downstairs. I think also serve "giraffes" of beer to take to your table.
