Tucked away on the side streets interior as described below with 2 real ale taps 1 on during my visit.

Defiantly not a tourist pub, hidden down the back streets just behind mitigate. the pub consists of one large brick room with lots of tables and benches.
Two real ale pumps are on the bar with Thwaites wainright and Copper dragon golden pipin on but the pipin ran out as we entered so we opted for the former at £3.20 and it was a very nice pint.

The pub is not the most comfortable with only wooden seating and hard wooden floors but i was happy having a drink here. i would return in the future as the beer was good and sold at an ok price,

A bland single room corner pub, part brick part modern timber construction. The interior is largely modern exposed brick but there is a stone fireplace fitted with a wood burner but with a reconstructed medieval timber affair round it. not an original part of the building but a nice point. Four hand pulls but only lacklustre Roosters Yankee on one of them plus a T Bar of normal keg stuff. Lots of screens and machines. A happy hour is advertised between 12 and 2pm but I can't imagine it would be that happy.
